Caring for our children (use slogan)  

 

We focus on the child’s uniqueness which includes their temperament, daily encounters/experiences, and dual language learning; factoring any disabilities. We create a responsive and caring environment based on routines to address their developing abilities and interests. Our environment promotes daily schedules and weekly activities, allowing flexibility to avoid a rigidity, rendering all tasks and activities to be pleasurable.    

 

At our center, we focus on language and phonics, mathematical relationships, and start the scientific explorations early to approach a more methodical thinking.    

 

Teachers not baby sitters

 

Our teachers are experienced care givers as well as teachers, an interrelated role. Both roles combined, allows a more positive environment and emphasize on building positive relationships.  Our teachers focus on self-regulation to promote trust and autonomy.  Challenging behaviors are addressed with positive reinforcement not capital punishment, so to speak.  We do not condone spanking, yelling name calling or any negative reinforcements.  Each child’s progress is monitored to help produce an individualized plan, one that leads to success.  We work with families and build a partnership to help them reach their milestones and excel in their age group.  Home culture helps the child develop their identity, so fluent and constant communication between parents and teachers are encouraged.
